Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Thousand Oaks, CA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Skyline Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

In-house Insurance Plan

No insurance? No Problem!

We are very excited to offer an easy and affordable discount plan to make dentistry more affordable for our patients who are un-insured.

The great advantage to our in-house plan is not only the extremely affordable coverage, but also the great discount that our patients receive for their necessary dental care.

Enrollment is for 12 consecutive months from the date that the application is approved.

• The average fee for an individual is $14.08 per month.
• The average fee for an individual & spouse is $24.91 per month.
• Dependent children can be added for an additional $8.25 per month per dependent.

These prices include free exams, digital radiographs, and prophylaxis cleanings for adults and children within that 12 month period.

Facilities and Equipment
At Skyline Dental your comfort is our highest priority. It is our goal to help you have your best dental experience ever. In fact, many of our patients tell us that they never knew how wonderful it can be to enjoy dentistry where you can unwind and relax. Although most of our patients find our atmosphere relaxing, we do offer nitrous oxide and other forms of sedation for apprehensive patients.

For your comfort we offer personal televisions to watch during treatment. We offer digital x-rays which reduce the radiation exposure significantly while eliminating the wait time for the films to develop.
